Google really hate affiliate-links, especially from clickbank. your website will definetly de-indexed by google if you put max of 3 clickbank banner on one page. even if you 'cloacking' your url or putting 'nofollow' atribute, still, your website will de-index by googl3 :-), - this condition only applied if you put adsense code in your website but if you're not putting adsense code, googl3 couldn't 'detect' it and you will not de-index by googl3.

2. Google really loves unique and fresh content, no mater how worst or terrible your english grammer is, as long as it's written by 'real-unique person', google will loves your website
